Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR and Operations professional, located in Hyderabad. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing HR management and policies, managing employee benefits, and handling personnel management. Daily tasks include recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The role will also involve coordinating with different departments to ensure smooth operations and supporting the overall company strategy.

Qualifications

  • Strong Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and Personnel Management skills
  • Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies
  • Knowledge of managing Employee Benefits programs
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field with 0-1 year
  • Experience in the aerospace and defense industry is a plus
