Job Overview
We are looking for a dedicated Operations Executive to join our team in the industrial sector at Gamut HR Solutions. This is a full-time, mid-level position based in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will possess 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience in operations and production environments.
Qualifications and Skills
- 4-6 years of experience in an operations role, preferably within the industrial sector.
- Team Leadership skills are crucial as you will be leading and coordinating with various teams (Mandatory skill).
- Proficiency in ERP Systems to manage and automate back-office functions effectively (Mandatory skill).
- Experience in Production Planning to optimize resources and enhance efficiency (Mandatory skill).
- Skilled in Process Optimization to improve operational processes and productivity.
- Ability to foster Continuous Improvement, focusing on increasing efficiency and reducing waste.
- Proven experience in Inventory Control to maintain optimal inventory levels and reduce costs.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make strategic decisions.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations within the industrial sector to ensure efficient and effective performance.
- Lead and manage a team of operation staff to achieve production and operational goals.
- Develop and implement production plans to optimize resource allocation and meet production targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and eliminate inefficiencies.
- Ensure the accurate and efficient execution of inventory management and control processes.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall efficiency and productivity of operations.
- Analyze operational reports and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
