Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Operations Executive for the Manufacturing Industries sector. This is a full-time, mid-level position based in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4 years and a maximum of 6 years of relevant work experience. The role requires proficiency in supply chain management, process optimization, and inventory management as mandatory skills.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in supply chain management to ensure seamless coordination between suppliers and production centers (Mandatory skill).
  • Expertise in process optimization, focusing on improving operational efficiencies and reducing waste (Mandatory skill).
  • Strong abilities in inventory management, including tracking and managing stock levels effectively (Mandatory skill).
  • Solid understanding of lean manufacturing principles to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
  • Knowledge of six sigma methodologies to identify and eliminate defects in manufacturing processes.
  • Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems for efficient data handling and business function integration.
  • Commitment to quality control, ensuring that manufacturing standards are met consistently.
  • Analytical skills for thorough data analysis to inform decision-making and drive operational improvements.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet production goals and optimize resource allocation.
  • Monitor the supply chain operations to ensure product delivery schedules are met and maintained at all times.
