Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Freelance Recruiter based on-site in Chennai. The Freelance Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates for various roles within the organization. Day-to-day tasks include developing recruiting strategies, analyzing job requirements, posting job advertisements, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires. Additionally, the recruiter will collaborate with department heads to understand their hiring needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process.

Qualifications

  • Sourcing and Interviewing skills
  • Experience in developing recruiting strategies and analyzing job requirements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using recruiting software and job boards
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in the consulting or business services industry is a plus
