  • Coordinate between candidates and internal team leads

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • Experience in IT recruitment (1+ year preferred)
  • Understanding of US tech market and work visa requirements
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Access to your OWN job portals, databases, and recruitment tools
  • Reliable internet connection
  • Self-motivation and ability to work independently
