Role & responsibilities

Executive Support

  • Manage and maintain the BU Heads calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules.
  • Prepare agendas, minutes, and follow-up action trackers for internal and external meetings.
  • Handle confidential correspondence, communication, and documentation with professionalism.
  • Coordinate with internal departments, clients, and stakeholders on behalf of the BU Head.

MIS & Reporting

  • Collect, compile, and analyze data for daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports.
  • Prepare presentations, dashboards, review documents, and performance trackers.
  • Follow up with respective teams to ensure timely submission of MIS inputs.

Administrative Coordination

  • Maintain filing systems (digital & physical), documentation, and office records.
  • Assist in procurement of office materials and coordinate with admin/HR/finance as required.
  • Handle communication, reminders, and task follow-up for BU Heads directives.

General Support

  • Assist in organizing conferences, client visits, reviews, and team coordination activities.
  • Support special projects and initiatives assigned by the BU Head.
  • Ensure professional representation of the BU Head in all interactions.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Graduate in any discipline; additional secretarial or administrative certifications are a plus.
  • 310 years of experience as Executive Secretary/Personal Secretary/Administrative Assistant.
  • Excellent command of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and MIS reporting tools.
  • Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu (preferred).
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work under pressure.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
  • Experience in Power Transmission / Electrical / Infrastructure sector will be an added advantage.
