Job Description: Executive Assistant (E.A.)

Job Overview: The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Managing Director (MD). The role demands excellent follow-up skills, communication, and coordination abilities to ensure smooth functioning across departments. The E.A. acts as the MD's voice—managing correspondence, delegating tasks, following up, and ensuring execution with precision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide executive-level support to the MD in all business and personal matters.
  • Handle day-to-day coordination, communication, and follow-ups with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain the MD's schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Manage and track delegated tasks using structured follow-up systems.
  • Draft emails, letters, and documents with a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
  • Conduct research on assigned topics and prepare summaries or reports.
  • Liaise with clients and vendors professionally, ensuring timely responses and updates.
  • Manage confidential information and sensitive matters discreetly.
  • Oversee the coordination of administrative activities, office operations, and project timelines.
  • Support the MD in personal tasks such as event coordination, household management, or errands.Key Skills & Attributes:

Experience:

  • 3–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Coordinator, or Secretary to senior management (preferably MD/CEO).

Education:

  • Graduate from a Secretarial or Administrative College or equivalent professional qualification.

Compensation:

  • Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹33,000 per month, based on experience and capability.

Additional Requirements:

  • Preferably married, with stable job history (no frequent job changes).
  • Should reside within 45 minutes of office commute.
  • Honest, reliable, and open to handling both professional and personal tasks of the MD.
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow into the role through ongoing training and mentorship.

Job Types: Full-time, Walk-In

Pay: ₹15, ₹33,000.00 per month
