Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site HR Manager (Recruitment) role based in Bengaluru. The HR Manager will oversee the recruitment process, from sourcing and shortlisting candidates to onboarding new hires. Responsibilities include developing recruitment strategies, managing job postings, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The role also involves maintaining recruitment metrics and innovating processes to attract top talent.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in recruitment processes, talent acquisition, and sourcing techniques, including experience in leveraging job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to engage with candidates effectively and collaborate with internal teams.
  • Proven expertise in conducting interviews, evaluating candidates, and managing offer rollout and onboarding processes.
  • Ability to develop and implement recruitment strategies and maintain effective recruitment metrics.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software is highly desired.
  • Sound decision-making, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under tight timelines.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. HR certifications are a plus.
