Qualifications & Skills:Sales experience of 5~12 years.Proven experience as an Inside Sales Manager or similar sales leadership role.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a fast -paced, target -driven environment.Strategic thinker with a problem -solving attitude.Strong organizational and time management skills.
