Head of Sales–India-Cybersecurity Services

Location: Chennai / Bangalore Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the India sales strategy aligned with Scybers’ global business objectives. Drive end-to-end sales lifecycle from lead generation, qualification, and proposal to closure. Build and lead a high-performing sales team with a focus on enterprise and mid-market clients. Identify and nurture strategic partnerships with OEMs, resellers, and channel partners. Manage CXO level relationships to position Scybers as a trusted cybersecurity partner. Collaborate with marketing, delivery, and pre-sales teams to create winning proposals and GTM campaigns. Track sales performance metrics, forecasts, and pipeline health using CRM tools. Represent Scybers at industry forums, cybersecurity events, and partner conferences. Required Skills & Experience 10–15 years of experience in Cybersecurity / IT Services Sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Proven track record in achieving multi-million-dollar revenue targets. Strong understanding of MDR, SOC, vCISO, Cloud Security, Data Privacy, GRC, and Compliance domains. Excellent CXO-level communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Experience working with leading OEMs is a plus.
