JOB Posting: Cybersecurity Services Lead/HeadPosition Overview:The Service Delivery Head for Cybersecurity, Networking,Cloud, and Infrastructure is responsible for overseeing the delivery ofcomprehensive IT services, ensuring high standards of performance, andachieving client satisfaction. This role involves managing a team of ITprofessionals, collaborating with clients and stakeholders, and continuouslyimproving service processes to support business goals.Roles & ResponsibilitiesLeadand manage the delivery of cybersecurity, networking, cloud, and infrastructureservices.Leadand mentor a team of cybersecurity/technical professionals, providing guidance,support, and performance management.Collaboratewith senior management to define objectives and priorities.Stayupdated on the latest cybersecurity trends, technologies, and threats toproactively identify potential risks and develop effective mitigationstrategies.Ensure that services meet or exceed establishedperformance metrics and client expectations.Develop and implement service deliverystrategies, policies, and procedures.Liaise with external vendors, partners, andclients to assess their cybersecurity posture and ensure compliance withcontractual security requirements.Workon Pre -Sales activities along with Sales Teams & OEM'sCybersecurityOperations:o Overseethe design, implementation, and maintenance of cybersecurity controls, systems,and processes.o Manageday -to -day cybersecurity operations, including incident response, vulnerabilitymanagement, and security monitoring.o Conductregular assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and ensurecompliance with relevant regulations and standards.o Coordinatewith IT and other departments to implement security measures and ensure securesoftware and system configurations.o IncidentResponse and Recovery:o Developand maintain an effective incident response plan, including procedures foridentification, containment, eradication, and recovery.o Leadthe investigation and response to cybersecurity incidents, coordinating withinternal teams and external stakeholders as required.o Conductpost -incident analysis to identify the root cause, evaluate the effectivenessof controls, and recommend improvements to prevent future incidents. RequirementsQualifications and Requirements:· Bachelor's degree in ComputerScience, Information Security, or a related field. A relevant master's degreeis a plus.· Proven experience (10+ years) ina similar role within the cybersecurity field, with a focus on managingcybersecurity services and teams.· Strong knowledge of cybersecurityprinciples, frameworks, and standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, CIS Controls).· Experience with securitytechnologies and tools, such as firewalls, intrusion detection/preventionsystems, SIEM, vulnerability scanners, and endpoint protection, SASE, WAF etc..· Familiarity with cloud security,network security, identity and access management, and secure softwaredevelopment practices.· Excellent leadership and teammanagement skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team ofcybersecurity professionals.· Strong problem -solving anddecision -making abilities, with a proactive and analytical approach to securitychallenges.· Exceptional communication andstakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain complex securityconcepts to technical and non -technical audiences.· Relevant certifications (e.g., CCIE, CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CEH) are highly desirable.
