Role Overview We are looking for a high-energy, experienced Sales Professional who can take qualified opportunities (SQLs) and convert them into long-term client relationships. You will be responsible for closing Managed IT and Cybersecurity service deals, engaging with CXOs, and building revenue growth through consultative, outcome-based selling. Key Responsibilities - Take ownership of the SQL Deal Win cycle for Managed IT and Cybersecurity services. - Conduct business-impact discussions with CXOs, IT Heads, and CFOs to demonstrate value and ROI. - Prepare and present proposals, commercials, and SLA-based service models. - Collaborate with the pre-sales and technical team to shape client-specific solutions. - Manage negotiation, documentation, and closure of contracts. - Drive monthly revenue and profitability targets through consistent closures. - Maintain opportunity pipeline and report progress in the CRM. - Build and nurture long-term relationships with strategic accounts for renewals and cross-selling. Desired Profile - 8-12 years of B2B sales experience in IT Managed Services, Infrastructure, Cloud, or Cybersecurity. - Proven track record of closing medium to large value deals ( 10L- 1Cr range). - Strong understanding of IT operations, SLAs, AMC vs. Managed Services models, and cybersecurity offerings. - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Experience in any CRM system (for pipeline and reporting). - Self-driven, accountable, and comfortable working in a fast-moving, growth-oriented environment.
