RFP & Proposal Management: Oversee global proposal development, pricing models, and cross-functional alignment. Salesforce (SFDC) Optimization: Own CRM strategy, drive adoption, and enhance data-driven decision-making. What We’re Looking For: 10+ years in strategic marketing, sales ops, or commercial excellence in pharma, biotech, or CDMO. Proven global leadership experience and cross-functional collaboration. Deep expertise in Salesforce, proposal development, and inside sales. Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
