Growth Marketing Manager-Performance Marketing

Job Description To be considered for this role you will ideally have a holistic view of the digital landscape and a deep understanding of the sales funnel and customer journey. Maintain high standards of excellence and attention to detail. Being relentless in pursuit of growth. Although this is a senior role, you would be working on a lean startup process. This means as a Growth Marketer, your goal is to fuel and accelerate the growth of company Roles and Responsibilities : ● Running advertisements on Google & Facebook with ROAS > 10 ● Responsible for revenue, P&L for the company's eCommerce website. ● Understanding conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles and hacks and being able to apply CRO hacks to businesses. ● Working with the AARRR Sales Metrics Diagram (Acquisition – Activation – Retention – Referral - Revenue) ● Drive 2x m-o-m increase in traffic on the website. ● Analyzing the data and users' feedback to constantly improve the customer journey on the website, to enhance key metrics eg: reduce bounce rate ● Track website progress on Google analytics and make changes as per insights ● Strategize online campaigns with a focus on ROI ● Drive new elements on the website through meaningful banners and track results on marketing activities on a weekly basis ● Arrange website audits every fortnight & arrange steps to resolve findings ● Provide a Monthly report analyzing the performance of online sales channels ● Balance the brand image and avoid resorting to deep discounting. ● Sync SEO on-page and off-page, Build links, and constantly improve website ranking for targeted keywords every quarter. ● Liaising with content writers and channel-specific marketing teammates (blogging, email, social media) to agree on the most suitable outputs. ● Test and optimize marketing tactics for customer acquisition (e.g. online advertising, direct mail, out of home, affiliate) and conversion rate optimization ● Presenting competitive analysis and market research to translate ideas into actionable items that deliver business results. ● Identify industry trends, analyze, recommend and lead the implementation of improvement initiatives. ● Keep abreast with the latest trends pertaining to UI/UX enhancement tools, A/B testing toolsEducation/Experience Key deliverables ● Monthly impact reports of the activities undertaken in Marketing & Sales conversion Desired Skills and Experience ● Previous working experience as a Marketing Growth Hacker for 3 years, preferably E-Commerce ● Being data-driven, clear understanding of data, analytics, metrics and statistics ● Being social and understanding users' behaviour. Having great customer relations skills with knowledge about both inbound and outbound marketing. ● Editing and copywriting skills with Programming knowledge. ● Having experience with growth hackings tools such as Optimizely for A/B Testing, MailChimp for email marketing campaigns, HubSpot for CRM, sales and marketing purposes ● In-depth knowledge of SEO factors, key algorithm updates and domain expertise in UI/UX best practices.
