Job Overview
We are seeking a
Growth Marketing Manager
with 2–4 years of proven experience in marketing, growth strategies, and client-facing roles. The ideal candidate should be confident in interacting with doctors and healthcare professionals, driving lead generation campaigns, and building strong client relationships to fuel 's growth. Preference will be given to candidates with a background in healthcare or prior experience working closely with doctors, clinics, or hospitals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute growth marketing strategies to acquire, engage, and retain clients.
- Work closely with doctors, clinics, and healthcare professionals to understand their needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Plan and manage client-facing marketing initiatives, including webinars, events, and product demonstrations.
- Generate high-quality leads through digital campaigns, partnerships, and direct outreach.
- Optimize marketing funnels and track campaign performance across multiple channels (SEO, social media, paid ads, content, etc.).
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and business goals.
- Build long-term relationships with clients, acting as the bridge between and healthcare providers.
- Prepare regular reports on KPIs, campaign ROI, and growth metrics.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Management, or related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
- 2–4 years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or client-facing roles.
- Strong preference for candidates with a
healthcare background
(doctors, healthcare administrators, or those with prior experience in healthtech/healthcare marketing). - Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to confidently engage with doctors and healthcare professionals.
- Proven experience in lead generation and conversion-focused marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, HubSpot, LinkedIn Campaigns, etc.).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns accordingly.
- Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
