Administrative Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle office correspondence, emails, phone calls, and messages.
- Maintain filing systems (physical and digital) for easy retrieval of information.
- Assist in maintaining office supplies and inventory.
- Support HR in maintaining employee records and documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and contractors for office-related requirements.
- Handle visitor management and front-office support.
- Assist in data entry, record keeping, and report preparation.
- Ensure smooth functioning of day-to-day administrative activities.
Skills & Competencies:
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Administration / Commerce / Management).
- 2–4 years of experience in administrative or office assistant role.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
