/Sales Executive

Work Location: Ahmedabad

Duration: Full-Time / 5 Working Days

Vacancy: 5+ Positions

Salary: Best in Market + Incentives

JKey Responsibilities:

  • Engage in the full life cycle of bench sales recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and submitting qualified candidates.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and consultants.
  • Identify and understand client requirements and present suitable consultants for project assignments.
  • Maintain and update the database with consultant information and job requirements.
  • Handle contract negotiations and close deals efficiently.
  • Coordinate interviews between clients and consultants.
  • Provide excellent customer service to both clients and consultants.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Willingness to work in the US Shift (Night Shift).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Prior experience in bench sales or sales is a plus.
  • Understanding of the IT industry and technologies is an advantage.
