Summary
We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our Customer Communications department as an Advisor - Post Sales. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in handling post-sales customer inquiries and issues. The main responsibility of this role is to ensure customer satisfaction and retention through effective communication and problem-solving.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and issues related to post-sales activities in a timely and professional manner
- Assist customers with product-related questions, complaints, and feedback
- Investigate and resolve customer issues with the help of the relevant departments
- Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns have been addressed satisfactorily
- Provide feedback to the management team on common customer issues and trends
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities to improve the post-sales experience for customers
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in post-sales support
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle difficult customer situations with professionalism
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
