Overview: We are seeking an experienced Sr. Talent Advisor to serve as a strategic business partner to one or more of our Engineering, Product, Revenue, Customer, or Corporate teams. This role transcends traditional recruiting by combining tactical execution with strategic market intelligence to drive top-tier talent acquisition. The Talent Advisor will work closely with leadership to understand business needs, provide data-driven market insights, and execute comprehensive talent strategies that support our company's growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition Excellence
    • Lead full-cycle recruitment for positions at various levels across assigned business units
    • Partner with Sourcing Specialists to build robust talent pipelines and ensure quality candidate flow
    • Conduct strategic candidate assessments and provide hiring recommendations
    • Manage complex offer negotiations and ensure successful candidate onboarding
    • Maintain relationships with passive candidates and industry talent networks
  • Strategic Partnership & Business Advisory
    • Partner with business leaders to understand short and long-term talent needs and workforce planning
    • Provide strategic guidance on talent market conditions, compensation benchmarking, and competitive intelligence
    • Deliver regular market updates and trend analysis to inform hiring strategies and business decisions
    • Collaborate with leadership to develop talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives
    • Conduct intake sessions and workforce planning meetings with hiring managers
  • Team Leadership & Collaboration
    • Provide guidance and direction to Sourcing Specialists on candidate profiles and market positioning
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR Business Partners, Compensation, and Legal
    • Ensure consistent candidate experience and brand representation throughout the recruitment process
    • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the talent acquisition function
  • Process Optimization
    • Develop and refine recruitment processes to improve efficiency and candidate experience
    • Implement best practices for talent pipeline management and candidate relationship building
    • Ensure compliance with all employment laws and company policies across jurisdictions
    • Support the development of recruitment technology and tools to enhance team effectiveness

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience, preferably in SaaS or technology companies
  • 7+ years of experience recruiting for Engineering, Product, Revenue, or Customer Success roles
  • Proven track record of building strategic partnerships with business leaders and hiring managers
  • Experience with global recruitment across multiple jurisdictions
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technology platforms
  • Advanced Boolean search techniques and sourcing methodologies
  • Experience with recruitment analytics and reporting tools
  • Strong presentation and data visualization skills
  • Familiarity with compensation benchmarking tools and methodologies
