Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced
Career Advisor
to join our team. In this role, you will provide personalized career counseling and strategic guidance to clients, helping them identify their strengths, set career goals, and successfully navigate their professional journeys. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing career management strategies that drive positive outcomes for both students and professionals across various visa categories.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct one-on-one career counseling sessions and group workshops.
  • Assess individual skills, strengths, and career aspirations to recommend suitable pathways.
  • Provide support in resume building, interview preparation, and professional branding.
  • Guide and support candidates across multiple visa categories (OPT, CPT, STEM OPT, H1B, GC, USC, etc.).
  • Develop and implement career development strategies to improve client success rates.
  • Stay updated on U.S. job market trends, hiring practices, and visa-related opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored career solutions.
  • Track client progress and outcomes, ensuring measurable results.

Qualifications:

  • Proven expertise in Career Counseling, Career Development, and Career Management.
  • Hands-on experience with student counseling and U.S. work visas (OPT, CPT, STEM OPT, H1B, GC, USC).
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in an on-site team environment (Ahmedabad).
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Counseling, Education, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Prior experience guiding students and professionals toward successful career outcomes is highly desirable.
