Role Overview

As a
Career Advisor
, you'll play a key role in
mentoring and supporting candidates
, especially international students and professionals seeking full-time roles in the U.S. market. You'll guide them through resume building, profile marketing, interview preparation, and professional development — ensuring a smooth career journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct one-on-one
    career counseling sessions
    to evaluate candidate goals, strengths, and job readiness.
  • Guide candidates in preparing
    ATS-friendly resumes, LinkedIn profiles, and interview techniques
    .
  • Collaborate with the
    recruitment and marketing teams
    to connect candidates with suitable job opportunities.
  • Provide ongoing
    mentorship and placement support
    until successful hiring.
  • Educate candidates about
    U.S. work authorizations
    (F1-OPT, CPT, H-1B, etc.).
  • Maintain accurate candidate data and progress reports in the CRM system.
  • Please address candidate questions about
    service details, expectations, or job alignment
    professionally and clearly.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or related field
    .
  • 1–3 years of experience
    in career counseling, recruitment, or education consulting preferred (freshers with strong communication skills are welcome).
  • Strong understanding of
    U.S. job market trends
    is a plus.
  • Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written) are a must.
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools
