Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a Career Advisor specializing in Bench Sales. The Career Advisor will be responsible for offering career counseling, assessing individual professional goals, advising on career development strategies, and supporting career management processes. The role will involve engaging with students or professionals, providing guidance on career paths, and fostering positive communication with all stakeholders. The Career Advisor will also ensure alignment between skills and opportunities to meet organizational objectives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Career Counseling, Career Development, and Career Management
- Experience in Student Counseling and guiding individuals toward professional success
- Strong Communication skills, including active listening and empathy
- Ability to analyze and align individual strengths and opportunities
- Flexibility to work on-site in Ahmedabad with excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Prior experience in similar roles or industries will be an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field preferred
