Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Career Services Advisor, located in Ahmedabad. The Career Services Advisor will provide career counseling, assist in career development, and develop job search strategies for clients. In addition, they will offer exceptional customer service, communicate effectively with clients, and conduct mock interviews and job prep sessions. The Career Services Advisor will also be involved in guiding professionals from the creation of resumes to securing job offers.

Qualifications

  • Career Counseling, and Career Development skills
  • Experience in Job Search Strategies and Customer Service
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships
  • Ability to work collaboratively and supportively in an on-site environment
  • Prior experience in staffing or recruitment is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Counseling, or related field
