Job Overview

We are hiring energetic
Inside Sales Specialists
who can confidently speak with leads generated through our social media and marketing campaigns. Your role is to understand the student's career goals and guide them towards choosing the right course.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to leads generated through social media and marketing campaigns.
  • Explain our courses —
    Data Analytics, Data Science, Agentic AI, and Digital Marketing
    .
  • Guide prospects on career opportunities and program outcomes.
  • Maintain daily call logs, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly enrollment targets.
  • Provide accurate information and ensure excellent customer experience.
  • Coordinate with the academic and operations teams for admissions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Freshers welcome —
    Experience not mandatory

  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written).
  • Confidence on phone calls and ability to handle objections.
  • Basic understanding of Data Science / Digital Marketing (preferred but not required).
  • Strong persuasion, relationship-building, and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.
