Role: Business Development Executive (BDE)
Location: Bhubaneswar
Experience: 1–2 years (Freshers with good communication skills are welcome)

Self-motivated and target-driven attitude
What you'll get:
Identify and approach potential colleges for partnerships and onboarding.
Identify and build a database of colleges and their TPO contact details.
Initiate calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to connect with TPOs.
Schedule and conduct meetings (virtual or in-person) with TPOs.
Present our offerings, programs, and benefits for students.
Negotiate and finalize partnerships with colleges.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and follow-up.
Maintain relationships with TPOs for ongoing collaborations.
