Job Description:
Position: Senior Electrical Manager – Rolling Mill

Department: Electrical
Location: Ramgarh Jharkhand
Experience: Minimum 10–15 Years (Rolling Mill – 600 TPD mandatory)
CTC: ₹10.00  to ₹15.00LPA (As per management decision)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage electrical operations and maintenance for a 600 TPD Rolling Mill.

  • Ensure smooth functioning of electrical systems including motors, drives, PLCs, and power distribution panels.

  • Troubleshoot breakdowns and implement preventive and predictive maintenance.

  • Monitor and optimize power consumption and energy efficiency.

  • Coordinate with mechanical and production teams for synchronized operations.

  • Supervise installation and commissioning of new electrical equipment.

  • Maintain safety standards and compliance with electrical regulations and audits.

  • Manage electrical team – assign tasks, training, and performance evaluations.

  • Prepare and maintain maintenance records, reports, and MIS.

Key Skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of rolling mill electrical systems, especially medium and high-voltage equipment.

  • Hands-on experience with AC/DC drives, PLCs, HMIs, and control systems.

  • Expertise in fault diagnosis, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.

  • Proficiency in electrical drawings and documentation.

Qualification:

  • B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Electrical Engineering
