Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Chef de Partie (Sr CDP) located in Ranchi at Chanakya BNR Hotel. The Sr CDP will be responsible for managing and overseeing the preparation and delivery of daily meals, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation. The role involves supervising kitchen staff, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations, and collaborating with other chefs to develop and implement new recipes. The Sr CDP will also assist in inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in traditional and modern culinary techniques
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Experience in menu planning and recipe development
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Culinary degree or equivalent certification is preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a professional kitchen environment
