We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Electrical Engineer to design, develop, and maintain electrical systems and equipment. The successful candidate will ensure projects meet safety standards, quality requirements, and performance objectives while contributing to innovation and efficiency in electrical design and implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design, develop, and test electrical systems, components, and products.
  2. Prepare electrical schematics, circuit layouts, and wiring diagrams using CAD tools (e.g., AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN).
  3. Perform load calculations, system analysis, and power distribution studies.
  4. Select appropriate electrical equipment and materials for various applications.
  5. Troubleshoot electrical issues and implement corrective actions.
  6. Ensure compliance with relevant codes and standards (e.g., IEC, NEC, IEEE).
  7. Collaborate with mechanical, civil, and control engineers on interdisciplinary projects.
  8. Supervise installation, commissioning, and maintenance of electrical systems.
  9. Prepare technical documentation, reports, and specifications.
  10. Contribute to continuous improvement and energy efficiency initiatives.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline (Master's preferred).
  2. Proven experience (e.g., 2–5 years) in electrical design, project execution, or maintenance.
  3. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, control panels, and power distribution.
  4. Proficiency in electrical design software and simulation tools.
  5. Good understanding of PLCs, automation, and instrumentation (if applicable).
  6. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  7. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

  1. Experience with renewable energy systems (solar, wind, etc.).
  2. Knowledge of AutoCAD Electrical, ETAP, or MATLAB/Simulink.
  3. Familiarity with energy management and power quality analysis.
  4. Project management and documentation experience.

Work Environment:

  1. Office and field/project site environments.
  2. May require occasional travel to client sites or project locations.
