About the Role -
Magnon Group is hiring an experienced Senior Client Servicing professional to join our dynamic team. If you have a proven track record of managing and nurturing relationships with B2B SaaS clients and driving client success from the agency side, this role is for you.
Work location -
Noida (work from office)
Experience - 6+ years
What You'll Do:
Act as the main liaison between clients and internal creative, content, and tech teams
Manage and streamline end-to-end creative workflows from brief to delivery
Ensure project timelines, scopes, and quality standards are consistently met
Optimize and document processes for efficiency and scalability
Drive collaboration and accountability across multiple departments
Monitor progress, resolve bottlenecks, and maintain alignment with client objectives.
What We're Looking For:
Experience managing creative workflows within a digital agency or similar setting.
Solid understanding of design, content, and production processes — especially for B2B SaaS clients
Proven ability to work cross-functionally with creative, content, and tech departments
Fluency with project management tools (e.g. Asana, Trello, Jira, , or similar)
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Detail-oriented with a commitment to deadlines and a passion for creative excellence.
