Role & responsibilities :

  1. Support the annual budgeting and planning exercise of the function; provide inputs from understanding of partnership trends in the sector, CSR initiatives of corporates etc. Ensuring adherence of compliance like CSR, FCRA etc.
  2. Planning Fundraising events, New fundraising channels like Social stock exchange, Wealth management tie ups,
  3. Monitor MIS to track progress aginst budget
  4. Segment data to locate trends and use this information to provide timely inputs to evolve plans for maximum corporate reach
  5. Execute communication initiatives as per the calendar and plan communication channels on the basis of perceived requirement and to meet the timelines for particular initiatives - interactions to share updates about CRY and industry, encourage involvement in campaigns and advocacy initiatives etc.
  6. Make presentations to clients with the objective of raising funds, soliciting sponsorships for events and non-financial support, building marketing partnerships - to successfully achieve the assigned income targets
  7. Ensure adherence to existing systems and processes, and identify and implement process modifications as appropriate to enhance productivity
  8. Ensure regular reporting / MIS / documentation of all functional activities
  9. Provide development support to ensure the team meets their set objectives
  10. Monitor expenses to ensure compliance to budgets and overall cost effectiveness of the functional activities

You: You must a Graduate with 7-9 years of experience in key account management, Client handling, Brand management, Events. Excellent communication skills. Experience of working with Excel, Data analysis, Writing concept notes etc. are added advantage.
