**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Partnership Acquisition and Development**:

- Identify, approach, and establish relationships with potential corporate clients, TPAs, and strategic partners.
- Develop and execute partnership strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market presence.
- Negotiate terms and agreements with TPAs and corporate partners.
- **Client and Partner Relationship Management**:

- Serve as the main liaison between the company, TPAs, and corporate clients.
- Address client inquiries and resolve issues to maintain satisfaction and trust.
- Foster long-term relationships by understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- **Operational Coordination**:

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient handling of claims, billing, and service delivery.
- Oversee the smooth execution of agreements and operations between the company and TPAs.
- **Strategic Planning and Market Analysis**:

- Conduct market research to identify new partnership opportunities and industry trends.
- Recommend strategies to optimize partnership performance and expand into new markets.
- **Compliance and Documentation**:

- Ensure all partnerships and agreements comply with relevant legal and regulatory standards.
- Maintain accurate records of partnership agreements, performance metrics, and reports.
- **Performance Monitoring and Reporting**:

- Monitor the success of partnerships and generate regular performance reports.
- Provide insights and recommendations for improving partnership efficiency and profitability.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in corporate relations, TPA management, or partnership roles, preferably in the healthcare or insurance sector.
