**Job Title**: Corporate Partnership/TPA Coordinator

**Reporting To**: Operations Manager

**Job Summary**

The Corporate Partnership/TPA Coordinator will manage and strengthen relationships with Third Party Administrators (TPAs), insurance companies, and corporate clients to ensure seamless cashless treatment and reimbursement processes. The role focuses on building partnerships, managing operational processes, and ensuring a positive patient experience.

**Key ResponsibilitiesTPA Coordination**
- Manage relationships with TPAs and insurance companies for patient claims and approvals.
- Ensure timely submission of pre-authorization requests, approvals, and claim documents.
- Resolve any issues related to claim rejections or pending approvals.
- Maintain an updated database of empaneled TPAs and their guidelines.

**Corporate Partnerships**
- Identify potential corporate clients and build partnerships for employee healthcare services.
- Negotiate and finalize corporate tie-ups, contracts, and packages.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate clients regarding medical services and queries.
- Conduct presentations and workshops at corporate offices to promote Eye Mantra’s services.

**Operations and Patient Support**
- Coordinate with hospital staff to ensure smooth cashless treatment for TPA and corporate patients.
- Oversee documentation for TPA/corporate patients and ensure compliance with internal and external policies.
- Work with finance and billing teams to resolve payment discrepancies and settlements.
- Monitor and report performance metrics related to corporate and TPA services.

**Marketing and Strategy**
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials for corporate offerings.
- Organize corporate health camps, eye check-up drives, and wellness programs.
- Analyze market trends to identify new partnership opportunities and improve service delivery.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- At least 2-4 years of experience in TPA coordination, corporate partnerships, or hospital administration.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and hospital management software.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of TPA processes and healthcare reimbursement is a must.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
