About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced B2I Account Manager to lead our Institutional Sales team. The role involves driving university/college tie-ups, managing a sales team, and achieving annual revenue of ₹3–₹4 Cr.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of 4–5 B2I Sales Executives.
  • Drive partnerships with universities and colleges for IT & non-IT training programs.
  • Achieve annual revenue targets of ₹3–₹4 Cr.
  • Build & maintain strong institutional relationships.
  • Support team in closing high-value deals.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years in Sales, with 5+ years in Institutional / B2I Sales.
  • Proven experience in university/college tie-ups.
  • Track record of delivering ₹3–₹4 Cr annual revenue.
  • Strong leadership & team management skills.
  • Background in EdTech / Training / IT Sales is a must.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹1,204,000.00 per month
