
Senior B2B Sales Manager

Location: Bangalore (3 Roles – Work from Office), Delhi (1 Role – Work from Home)
Salary: Up to ₹15 LPA
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire and manage B2B enterprise clients (1,000–200,000+ employees)
- Deliver ILT/VLT training projects (500–2000 man-days) across ERP, CRM, Cloud, AI/ML, RPA, Big Data, Programming, and more
- Conduct demos, qualify prospects, and maintain pipeline in CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce)
- Consistently achieve 6–30+ new client acquisitions annually
- Meet aggressive sales targets and timelines
Candidate Profile
- 8–12 years overall experience with 5+ years in B2B IT training sales
- Strong IT learning market knowledge
- Proven track record in enterprise client acquisition & training delivery
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
- B2C experience will not be considered
- Strong LinkedIn network (5,000+ connections is a plus)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹1,000, ₹1,500,000.00 per month
