Richie Mentorship is an EdTech initiative focused on building the next generation of confident traders and investors. We provide structured learning through recorded courses, live webinars, advisory sessions, and premium mentorship programs led by market experts.

We are looking for a
dynamic Offline Webinar Instructor
to conduct in-person sessions in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have strong subject knowledge, engaging presentation skills, and the ability to simplify complex trading & investment concepts for learners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct
    offline webinars/workshops
    for groups of learners in a physical setup.
  • Deliver
    pre-designed course modules
    on stock market basics, trading strategies, and financial literacy (content support will be provided).
  • Facilitate
    interactive Q&A sessions
    and ensure high engagement throughout sessions.
  • Provide
    practical demonstrations
    of trading concepts where required.
  • Collaborate with the
    content & mentorship team
    to align with learning objectives.
  • Share
    daily session reports
    and learner feedback with the program manager.

Requirements

  • Strong background in
    stock markets / trading / financial education
    .
  • 2–5 years of teaching, training, or workshop facilitation experience
    (preferably in finance/trading domain).
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills in
    English and Hindi.
  • Ability to manage and engage
    large groups (50+ participants)
    .
  • Comfortable working in a
    fast-paced, one-month intensive program
    .
  • Availability for the
    entire contract duration
    (1 month, full-time in Mumbai).

Preferred Qualifications

  • SEBI-registered advisor/trainer (added advantage, not mandatory).
  • Prior experience conducting
    offline financial workshops/seminars
    .
  • Familiarity with
    hybrid teaching setups
    (offline + live-streamed).
