Job Overview:

We are looking for a Cyber Security Instructor who can deliver engaging, hands-on training sessions to students. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a passion for mentoring future cybersecurity professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct live and recorded training sessions on cybersecurity topics such as:

  • Ethical Hacking
  • Network Security
  • Penetration Testing
  • Web Application Security
  • Cloud and Endpoint Security
  • Design, develop, and update course materials, labs, and assessments.
  • Monitor student performance and provide feedback and mentoring.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and threats in cybersecurity.
  • Conduct demo sessions and workshops to engage new learners.
  • Collaborate with the academic and placement teams to improve student outcomes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or related field.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in cybersecurity training or the cybersecurity industry.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Kali Linux, Burp Suite, Wireshark, Metasploit, Nmap, etc.
  • Certifications such as CEH, CompTIA Security+, CHFI, OSCP, or similar are preferred.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Passion for teaching and helping students grow.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience conducting workshops, webinars, or online sessions.
  • Knowledge of current security frameworks and compliance standards (ISO, NIST, GDPR, etc.).
  • Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for beginners.
