SpeEdLabs is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal
candidate will be responsible for planning and executing marketing activities aimed at promoting our
educational services. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution,
focusing on both offline and digital marketing channels, with a strong emphasis on managing
campaigns using HubSpot.
Responsibilities:
Organize events in schools, webinars, and seminars to promote SpeEdLabs' educational programs.
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and lead generation,
utilizing HubSpot for campaign management.
 Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns on HubSpot, assessing
them against goals and optimizing for better results.
 Work closely with the content team to create engaging marketing materials, including
brochures, presentations, and promotional videos.
 Manage social media platforms and monitor engagement metrics using HubSpot's tools.
 Collaborate with the sales team to generate qualified leads through HubSpot and support
conversion rates.
 Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing, HubSpot usage,
and measurement.
Requirements:
 Proven work experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role.

 Demonstrable experience in organizing events and digital marketing campaigns, with hands-
on experience in managing campaigns on HubSpot.

 Knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, HubSpot, and CRM software.
 Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
