Job Summary:

Looking for a seasoned Sales Operations Head with proven experience in BPO/EdTech. The role involves managing large sales teams, streamlining operations, driving revenue, and ensuring process excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead & manage sales teams of 50–100 members
  • Implement sales strategies, KPIs & performance reviews
  • Drive CRM optimization, lead management & reporting
  • Collaborate with HR/Training/Marketing for smooth operations
  • Manage escalations & improve customer satisfaction
  • Provide insights & reports to leadership

Eligibility:

  • Graduate/MBA with 5+ yrs in Sales Ops (BPO/EdTech only)
  • Strong leadership & people management skills
  • Expertise in CRM, analytics & process improvement
  • Excellent communication & decision-making abilities
