Our client is a fast-growing logistics and supply chain solutions provider. They are looking for a Domestic - Head of Operations (Vertical Head) in Partial Truck Load (PTL).

Key Responsibilities

● Own and manage the domestic PTL logistics vertical, driving growth, efficiency, and service quality.

● Build and implement network design and hub-spoke operations to optimize PTL shipments across cities.

● Manage relationships with fleet owners, transporters, and logistics partners to ensure availability and reliability.

● Ensure on-time dispatches, deliveries, and service-level adherence for all PTL shipments.

● Drive cost optimization initiatives while maintaining high-quality service delivery.

● Oversee documentation, billing, and compliance related to PTL shipments.

● Handle customer escalations and ensure quick resolutions.

● Develop strong operational SOPs and KPIs for monitoring performance and efficiency.

● Leverage technology and data-driven insights for route planning, load consolidation, and performance improvement.

● Lead and mentor a distributed team of operations managers and field executives.
