Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Head of Service Operations. The role is based in Pune with some work from home acceptable. The Head of Service Operations will oversee daily service operations, ensuring effective service delivery and customer satisfaction. The role involves managing service teams, coordinating with other departments to optimize operations, and implementing strategies to improve service quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Service Operations and Operations Management
  • Proficiency in Analytical Skills to assess and improve operational performance
  • Expertise in Service Delivery and Customer Satisfaction strategies
  • Excellent leadership and team management capabilities
  • Ability to work in a hybrid model, balancing on-site and remote work
  • Experience in the recycling industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
