Role Description
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Sales Head to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a proven track record of achieving targets, and the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies. You will play a key role in expanding our customer base, improving customer satisfaction, and driving the company’s growth objectives.
Responsibilities of Sales Head
1. Team Leadership & Management
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team.
- Conduct regular team meetings and ensure lead allocation.
2. Target Planning & Achievement
- Set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop strategies to achieve and exceed targets.
3. Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Collect and review sales staff reports.
- Monitor team performance and share updates with management.
4. Quality Control & Client Communication
- Ensure professional communication with clients/leads.
- Conduct training/feedback sessions for quality improvement.
5. CRM & Data Management
- Maintain accuracy and quality of CRM data.
- Monitor lead allocation, follow-ups, and conversions.
6. Sales Strategy & Incentives
- Design sales strategies and promotional plans.
- Create and implement incentive programs.
7. Collaboration & Business Development
- Work with marketing/operations teams to align goals.
- Provide insights on market trends and new opportunities.
Qualifications
- Min experience of 5-7 years in Sales & Marketing
- Expertise in Sales, Sales Management
- Proficiency in Account Management
- Strong Analytical Skills
- Experience in Team Management
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work on-site in Pune
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
