Job Summary:
The Office Administrator is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative operations of the office. This role ensures smooth functioning of office activities, manages communication and documentation, supports management and staff, and coordinates logistics to maintain an efficient and organized workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations and ensure a clean, safe, and well-organized work environment.
- Handle correspondence, phone calls, emails, and other communications professionally.
- Maintain office records, files, and documentation systematically.
- Coordinate with HR for employee attendance, leave records, and general administrative support.
- Manage office supplies, stationery, and equipment inventory.
- Assist in organizing meetings, company events, and travel arrangements.
- Support payroll and expense management with accurate record-keeping.
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and maintenance personnel.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and assist in updating administrative procedures.
- Provide support to management and other departments as required.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic office management software.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹8, ₹10,000.00 per month
