We are looking for a smart, organized, and people-oriented Office Administrator to manage client communication, sales coordination, and daily office operations at our Kozhikode office.

Key Responsibilities

Client Management

  • Handle all client inquiries, updates, and communications professionally.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure excellent client service experience.
  • Schedule client meetings, prepare presentations, and support the design/sales team.

Sales Coordination

  • Assist the sales team with leads, quotations, proposals, and follow-up activities.
  • Update and manage CRM / enquiry tracking system.
  • Coordinate between clients, design, and project execution teams to ensure smooth workflow.

Office Administration

  • Oversee daily office operations and internal communication.
  • Maintain client records, project files, and payment tracking.
  • Support management in preparing reports, MIS, and performance summaries.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration / Commerce / Management / Architecture or equivalent.
  • 2–4 years of experience in client coordination, sales administration, or office management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13, ₹14,059.91 per month
