Senior Administration Officer

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to handle daily office operations, support management, and ensure smooth workflow within the organization. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks.
- Maintain records, databases, and filing systems (digital & physical).
- Handle correspondence, emails, phone calls, and inquiries.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents.
- Assist HR with employee records, attendance, and recruitment processes.
- Support finance with invoicing, petty cash, and basic bookkeeping.
- Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and organize travel arrangements.
- Ensure smooth coordination between different departments.
- Maintain office supplies and vendor relationships.
- Handle confidential information with integrity.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Administrator, Office Manager, or similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Knowledge of HR or Accounts will be an added advantage.
