Job Title: FMCG Field Sales ExecutiveJob Purpose:

To drive sales growth, manage retail/channel partners, and ensure product availability and visibility in the assigned territory for FMCG products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and stockists.
  • Ensure product availability and visibility across assigned outlets.
  • Execute promotional activities, schemes, and campaigns at the retail level.
  • Expand market reach by identifying and onboarding new outlets.
  • Collect market intelligence on competitor activities, pricing, and schemes.
  • Ensure proper merchandising and branding at retail counters.
  • Monitor and report daily/weekly sales performance.
  • Handle collections and ensure timely payment from retailers/distributors.

Requirements:

  • Education: Minimum PUC/Graduate (preferred in Sales/Marketing).
  • Experience: 1–3 years in FMCG field sales (Freshers with strong passion may also apply).
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Two-wheeler with valid driving license (mandatory).
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and willing to travel extensively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹35,000.00 per month
