Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Head based in Davangere, Karnataka. The Area Head will oversee the daily operations, manage a team, and ensure sales targets are met within their designated area. They will also be responsible for developing strategies to improve sales performance, fostering relationships with clients and partners, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Administrative duties and reporting are also key components of this role.

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Ability to work independently and make informed decisions
- Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
