  • Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and manage store capacity on a regular basis using tools like Excel and Power BI.
  • Create and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and checklists for store operations.
  • Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and generate reports using Excel and other relevant tools.
  • Present data findings to support decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve problems and drive innovation in a fast-paced environment.
  • Requirements:
  • 6 to 12 years of experience in customer-facing roles or relevant fields.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Office Suite, and cloud services like AWS.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis tools like SQL, Python, or Power BI.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Knowledge of retail operations and inventory management is a plus.
  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in an analytical field with strong academic credentials.
  • Experience working with Pivot Tables, PowerShell, and SQL.
  • Familiarity with business intelligence tools and Salesforce is advantageous.
  • Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, vlookup, hlookup, and data visualization.
  • Professional Attributes:
  • Demonstrated ability to handle and integrate data from multiple sources.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to decision-making.
  • Prior experience in process improvement and automation using Excel or other tools.
  • Additional Skills:
  • Familiarity with SQL databases and ERP software like SAP.
  • Knowledge of basic Excel functions and formulas for data analysis.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with large datasets efficiently.
