Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Davangere as a Sales Officer. The Sales Officer will be responsible for implementing sales strategies, generating leads, and building strong relationships with clients. Day-to-day tasks include meeting sales targets, maintaining a strong customer service presence, handling channel sales, and ensuring smooth sales operations. Collaboration with internal teams and clients to meet business goals will be a key aspect of this role.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Customer Service, ensuring satisfaction and addressing client needs.
  • Experience in Lead Generation and converting prospects to loyal clients.
  • Strong Communication skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of Sales Operations and the ability to streamline processes.
  • Experience in Channel Sales and managing distribution networks effectively.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
  • Proactive and goal-oriented mindset with a willingness to work on-site in Davangere.
