Role Overview Anon-customer-facing , back-office position that supports theend-to-end sales cyclethrough data management, reporting, coordination, and process optimization. Key Responsibilities Sales Data & Process Management Capture, organize, and maintain customer and sales opportunity data. Ensure data accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company and legal standards. Manage documentation, reporting, and audit support. Reporting & Analytics Develop standard and ad-hoc reports onsales KPIs ,productivity , andgoal attainment . Compile and analyze data to support decision-making for internal teams. Coordination & Communication Interface with internal stakeholders, partners, and occasionally customers to resolve sales-cycle issues. Support operational teams with updates and escalations. Process Optimization Provide expertise tosimplify and standardizecustomer and sales data use. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Experience & Qualification Education:Associate degree (2-year) or equivalent work experience. Experience:4–6 years insales support, customer service, or operations . Skills Required: Strong data organization and analytical abilities Experience withCRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, SAP CRM) Proficiency inExcel / reporting tools Knowledge ofsales cycle processes and documentation Attention to detail and ability to work independently Strong communication and coordination skills
