Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Territory Sales Manager located in Gorakhpur. The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing relationships with dealers and distributors, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory. The role involves regular visits to clients, understanding their needs, providing them with solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Territory Sales Manager will also collect market intelligence, monitor competitor activities, and report on sales performance.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in managing dealer and distributor networks
- Ability to develop and implement sales strategies
- Knowledge of the energy storage solutions industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Capacity to work independently and within a team
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory
